Beautiful hotel, breakfast each day was incredibly nice and the location in the jungle was unbeatable. I booked a room with a nice bed, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel on my recent vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and tea, making me feel instantly relaxed. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The villa I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a spacious and tastefully decorated interior that gave off a beach paradise vibe. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was simply spectacular. I also loved the toiletries provided, which smelled wonderful and made me feel like I was in a spa. The spa packages offered at this hotel were also incredibly luxurious and I thoroughly enjoyed each treatment.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the beautiful decor to the friendly staff and excellent service, everything about this place is truly top-notch.

the lush green garden, the peace and calm, wich is excellent for relaxing, in particular when use is made of the wide range of offers of massages, yoga and in particular Reiki, at the Spa.

The pool area is great too. The rooms are a nice size and the staff are really helpful. Perfect and quiet location for visiting restaurants and bars.

Was offer a discount of 50% due to room being of poor standard, moved to another room which was acceptable. However I expected the discount offer to be honoured, it was not and the discount offered at payment of bill was a rather insulting 10% of which I gave to the staff members as an extra graturity for there very good service during our stay, would stay again at mandala at a price that reflects the stardard of rooms/cottages offered, hower I would point out the spar facilitys and staff service was very good, ,,,let down only by the quality of the accomadations

Nice and helpful people working at the front desk and at breakfast. The Spa was well run with nice facilities. Our villa was lovely with a large bathroom and an outdoor shower plus a large outdoor deck with comfy chairs ( didn't get much sun however but nice to relax in the shade for Villa 1). The facility was quiet and away from the beach and road so nice and peaceful. We walked to and from the beach - about a 10 min walk for us but was fine and easily accessible. D Mall was about a 25 min walk along the beach. Loved the in-room massages that came with the package (1 per room per day) and the yoga at 9:30 each morning.

All was good. I didn't know the main restaurant was closed in Dec as the new one is being built, but the front desk were ready to arrange take away food deliveries for you - very helpful. It took awhile for the shower water to get hot but that is a minor point. We would return again!

It's a great location with some awesome services but there were some issues with the reception which took away from the overall experience.

We just found the receptionists to be a little inefficient and unclear in certain explanations.

The villa we stayed in was well-furnished and had friendly staff. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that was good and filling. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the opportunity to connect with nature.

The location was not great as restaurants were far away, and the walk to the beach was quite a hike. We also had trouble with the liquid body soap provided, which was not effective in removing the dirt and grime.

We loved the location close to nature, away from the noise of the city, yet down to the white sand beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the serene surroundings. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with spacious villas that were clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful, making our stay comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and fresh, providing a great start to our day.

This resort offered the perfect weekend escape. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the ocean. We enjoyed the delicious and fresh seafood served at the restaurant and the convenient location close to local markets and shopping. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and at home. the spa services were top-notch, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Although the service was great, the resort was in need of some maintenance and updates. The hot water was scarce, making showers uncomfortable, and the breakfast service was slow and lacking in variety.
